Description

Second night back out with the Edge 11. Getting reliable focus here in Nina seems to be an issue. Some auto focus runs end up with a result that has focus about 1 FWHM larger than it should be, and kicking off a manual focus run generally fixes it, so I'm not sure why the automated process is not always producing the same results. I've tried setting up Hocus Focus in Nina with this scope, but even with the long focal length setting turned on the focus run can't reliably make a V curve. It makes what looks like a ramp from left to right with a flat leading edge curving up only on the right side. This must have something to do with the star detection algorithm because a regular NINA focus run reliably makes a V curve.
